Prayer for Kindness

May we build each other up, encourage each other, protect each other, and listen to each other.  May we cultivate empathetic joy and lend a hand in challenging times.  May we love eachother and be examples of love for each other.  May we inspire each other and set each other free.  May we recognize our own inner light and the light in others and honor it as sacred.  May we offer ourselves the same loving kindness that we offer each other.  And may we love our demons and set them free too.
